From North:
I-91 South to Exit 28 onto the Berlin Turnpike (Route 5 & 15)
Follow signs to the Berlin Turnpike
At the third traffic light take a right onto Arrow Road. (Cumberland
Farms is on the right)
Proceed up the hill to the top and take a right onto Russell Road. Pass Cedarcrest Hospital on your Left
We are located
at the end of Russell Road
NCRMHB Office is
a white one-story house with a front porch.
From South: I-91 North to Berlin Turnpike (Route 5 & 15) "Wilbur
Cross Parkway North"
Continue North on Route 5 & 15 "Berlin Turnpike" for approximately
10 miles.
Take a right
exit onto Rte 175 (Wells Road). Take a left at the traffic light at the
end of the ramp.
Go to the 2nd
right and take a right onto Russell Road.
Pass CT. Humane
Society and Cedarcrest Hospital on the left.

at the end of Russell Road
